Shop with confidence at JBL.co.nz. We offer price matching on select JBL products sold on our website. If you find a lower price from an authorised New Zealand retailer, we’ll match it.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The product must be the exact same model and colour.
  • The item must be in stock and available online or in-store from a participating authorised New Zealand retailer.

How to Request a Price Match

  1. Contact our Customer Service Team via Live Chat (Mon - Fri - 10:00 a.m 7:00 p.m (NZST)) or Email.
  2. Provide a link or valid proof of the lower advertised price.
  3. Once approved, we will issue a coupon code for the price difference so you can complete your purchase at the adjusted price.

  • Harvey Norman
  • Noel Leeming
  • PB Tech

Exclusions

Price matching is not available in the following situations:

  • Products sold as part of a bundle (e.g., TV + Soundbar).
  • Gift Cards
  • Corporate pricing or B2B quotes.
  • Volume discounts, commercial quantities or group membership pricing.
  • Refurbished or second-hand JBL products.
  • Obvious pricing errors or misprints.
  • JBL products from unauthorised or parallel importers on marketplaces.
  • Interest-free finance or special promotional credit deals.
  • Cashback and coupon offers (i.e. retailer cashback or reduced price available via paper coupon or coupon code)
  • Prices reduced using loyalty points or similar reward systems.
  • Offers significantly below standard market pricing.
  • Stock liquidations sold by a business placed into receivership.
  • We also take into account the added cost of delivery to your location
