JBL Affiliate Coupon Code – Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to promotional coupon codes provided through authorised JBL affiliate partners, including Rakuten (“Promotion”). By using an affiliate coupon code, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Promotion Overview
Affiliate coupon codes provide a discount on selected JBL products available on the official JBL website. Unless otherwise specified, coupon codes apply to full-price items only and are subject to availability.

2. Eligibility and Use of Coupon Codes
Affiliate coupon codes are valid only on full-price products unless explicitly stated otherwise. Coupon codes cannot be applied to sale items, refurbished products, box-damaged products, bundles, gift cards, commercial or bulk orders, or any other excluded products as determined by JBL. Only one coupon code may be used per order and codes cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, voucher, or offer unless expressly stated.

3. Application of Discount

4. Bonus Gifts (If Applicable)
Where an affiliate coupon code includes a bonus gift or gift with purchase, the bonus item will be automatically added to the cart if eligibility requirements are met. Bonus gifts are subject to availability, limited to one per qualifying order, and cannot be exchanged, substituted, redeemed for cash, or transferred. JBL reserves the right to change or remove bonus gifts at any time without prior notice.

5. Stock Availability
All products, discounts, and bonus items are available while stocks last. If a product or bonus item becomes unavailable, JBL may cancel or amend the order or remove the bonus item, unless otherwise required by law.

6. Order Review and Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct products, discounts, and any applicable bonus items appear in their cart before completing checkout. JBL is not obligated to apply discounts or provide bonus items after an order has been placed.

7. Order Cancellation and Modification
JBL reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or amend any order where a coupon code has been misused, applied incorrectly, used in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or where pricing or technical errors have occurred, subject to applicable consumer laws.

8. Website and Territory
Affiliate coupon codes are valid only for purchases made through the official JBL website applicable to the promotion and cannot be redeemed through third-party retailers.

9. General Conditions
Standard JBL shipping, returns, and warranty policies apply to all purchases. JBL reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice, subject to applicable consumer laws.
