JBL TOMORROWLAND BELGIUM COMPETITION 2026

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Promotion

1. The JBL Tomorrowland Belgium 2026 (“Promotion”) is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.
2. The Promotion is open to New Zealand residents only (“Entrant”) who are aged 18 years or over.
3. The Promotion commences at 12:00am NZST on 14 May 2026 and closes at 11:59pm NZST on 14 June 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
4. To enter the Promotion, eligible Entrants must visit jbl.co.nz/tomorrowland.html during the Promotional Period and complete the official online entry form, including submitting an answer in twenty-five (25) words or less to the following question:

“Who would you take with you to Tomorrowland and why?”

1. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary to enter.
2. Limit of one (1) entry per person.
3. Entries must be original and must not contain unlawful, offensive, defamatory, inappropriate, or infringing material.
4. Incomplete, illegible, late, or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

2. Judging

1. This Promotion is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.
2. All valid entries will be individually judged based on:

• Creativity
• Originality
• Suitability to the promotional theme

1. Judging will take place at 3:00pm NZST on 15 June 2026 at Harman Office, Parnell, Auckland
2. One (1) winning entry will be selected by a judging panel appointed by the Promoter.
3. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. The winner will be notified by email and telephone within five (5) working days of judging.
5. The winner must claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of notification.
6. If the winner does not claim the prize within the specified timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the next best valid entry.

3. Prize Details

1. The major prize consists of a trip for two (2) people to Tomorrowland in Belgium from 22 July 2026 to 27 July 2026.
2. The prize includes:

• Return economy airfares from the winner’s nearest international airport to Brussels, Belgium
• Four (4) nights accommodation in a Dreamville Tent in the Montagoe area
• Tomorrowland Full Madness Passes for two (2) people
• Transfers between Brussels airport and the festival
• 100 Tomorrowland Pearls for food and beverage purchases at the festival

1. The total prize pool value is approximately AUD $20,000.
2. The prize does not include:

• Transfers to or from the winner’s home and departure airport
• Additional spending money
• Passports or visas
• Travel insurance
• Merchandise, upgrades, or optional activities
• Any costs not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions

1. Both the winner and their guest must be aged 18 years or over at the time of travel.
2. The winner and their guest must be available to travel on the dates specified by the Promoter.
3. The winner and guest are solely responsible for ensuring they meet all passport, visa, health, vaccination, and travel entry requirements.
4. Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
5. If any aspect of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value.

4. Eligibility

1. The Promotion is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over only.
2. Employees of the Promoter, associated agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and Entrants, including identity, age, and residency.
4. The Promoter may disqualify any Entrant who:

• Submits an entry that is misleading, fraudulent, offensive, or inappropriate
• Tampers with the entry process
• Breaches these Terms and Conditions

5. Liability

1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, corrupted, or misdirected entries
• Technical malfunctions or website failures
• Travel delays, cancellations, or disruptions
• Any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered in connection with the Promotion or prize

1. If the Promotion cannot proceed as planned due to events beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or event cancellation, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the Promotion.
2. Entrants participate in the Promotion at their own risk.

6. Social Media Disclaimer

1. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social media platform.
2. Entrants release Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and all associated platforms from any liability arising from the Promotion.

7. Privacy

1. Personal information supplied by Entrants will be collected, stored, and used by the Promoter for the purpose of administering the Promotion and in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
2. By entering the Promotion, Entrants consent to the Promoter using their personal information for promotional and marketing purposes, including electronic communications. Entrants may opt out at any time.
3. Personal information may be disclosed to third-party service providers, including overseas providers, solely for the purposes of conducting the Promotion.

8. General

1. The Promoter is Harman International Industries (ABN 84 603 497 187) of Unit 13, 7 Rosebery Place, Balmain NSW 2041 Australia.
2. The Promotion is governed by the laws of New Zealand.
3. Any failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
4. Schedule of events, travel arrangements, and festival inclusions are subject to change without notice. Equivalent alternatives may be provided where reasonably necessary.
5. By entering this Promotion, Entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
